We are super confident that you will love your Cosy. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your order, you have up to 30 days to do so.

RETURN GUIDELINES

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be sent back in the condition they were received (no stains, marks etc).

Return shipping is at customers expense to Melbourne, Australia.
Please contact us at hello@thecosy.com.au if you wish to return the item.

If the item is damaged, stained or clearly used we reserve the right to reject your return and a re-delivery fee will be incurred by the customer.
